Forever Homes Media ("we," "us" or "our") provides real estate photography, video, drone, floor plan, 3D tour and property website services in Southern California. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through foreverhomesmedia.com, our online order page, our blog, and when you call, text or email us, and how we use and protect it. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy and to our Terms and Conditions.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you book a shoot, request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, mailing or billing address, the address and details of the property to be photographed, access instructions, and anything else you choose to share in notes or messages.

Payment information. Payments are handled by our booking and payment providers. We don't store full card numbers on our systems.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit we may receive information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, time spent on pages, and the site that referred you.

How we use your information

• To schedule, perform and deliver the services you order
• To communicate with you about appointments, deliveries, invoices and support
• To process payments and keep business records
• To send updates or offers you've agreed to receive (you can opt out at any time)
• To improve our website and services and keep them secure
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about appointments, orders and occasional updates. Message frequency varies, usually no more than 2 to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers who help us run our business, such as our booking and payment platform, website and email hosting, customer management and messaging tools, and editing partners who process images (for example, floor plans, virtual twilight or object removal). They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• With people you direct us to, such as sharing finished media or a property website with the listing agent, brokerage, homeowner or other parties you name.
• For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property, or that of others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, subject to this policy.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies are small data files stored by your browser. Our website, order page and blog may use cookies and similar tools to keep pages working, remember preferences and understand how visitors use the site. We may use analytics or anti-spam services, such as Google Analytics or Google reCAPTCHA, which are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. There's no common standard for responding to them, so our website doesn't currently change its behavior based on them.

Property photos and drone media

Our photos, video and drone footage are meant to show homes and land for sale or rent. Please put away personal items such as family photos, mail and documents before a shoot. Drone flights follow FAA rules. If you believe our media shows you or your property in a way that concerns you, contact us and we'll review it.

How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, then delete or de-identify it. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and California privacy rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing emails or texts, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may keep information we're required to keep by law. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

California residents may also ask whether we've shared personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We don't do this.

Links to other sites

Our website links to sites we don't operate, such as our order page provider, social media and property websites hosted by partners. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please review their policies.

Children's privacy

Our services are meant for real estate professionals and property owners, not children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. Changes take effect when posted.
